* Cut out and reinstate burner blocks and burners.
* Rotate and install sidewall and floor boost electrodes.
* Cut out thermo-couple blocks in crowns with diamond chainsaw and replace them and install thermo-couples.
* Drill and install bubblers in the furnace floors for colour changes and fill on box mantel blocks.
* Open holes in the regenerator target walls and install internal by-passes for blocked regenerators.
* Drill and relocate furnace side wall heating.
* Over-coating of furnace throat, refiners, fore hearths and electrodes.
* Install earth electrodes and relocate existing sidewall boost.
* Cut out or drill hydraulic equipment holes and sting-out in the furnaces and regenerator crowns then repair.
* Replace broken mantel blocks and skimmer blocks in the refiner and fore hearth. Lift broken or collapsed roof blocks.
* Spout changes and lift lintels out of the glass.
* Glass drain, cool down and furnace warm up, fill up and commissioning.
* Endoscope surveys on furnace, regenerators, fore hearths and refiners.
ALL WORK IS DONE LIVE AND IN FULL PRODUCTION.
